Operational Overview
An offshore installation is one of the loudest working environments most people will ever experience, and Norway holds this hazard to a genuinely binding three-tier standard.
This course builds on your general Noise training and applies it directly to offshore machinery spaces and rotations under the Havtil framework, formerly known as the Petroleum Safety Authority Norway.
You will leave knowing exactly how to read an exposure figure against Norway's action values and limit value, what controls genuinely work, and what your reporting duties are.
