Before anything else, a correction. If you've seen this topic referenced against GAZT or MOMRA, that framing is wrong. GAZT is Saudi Arabia's tax and zakat authority. MOMRA governs municipal planning. Neither sets occupational exposure duties.
What actually governs silica exposure in the Kingdom is the same general duty standard you may already know from the Noise annex, the Saudi Labor Law's Articles 121-128, administered by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. There's no confirmed Saudi-specific numeric silica limit to point to, not even an informally used one the way 85 dB(A) served for noise.
