British Columbia is different from most other Canadian jurisdictions in one specific way. WorkSafeBC's own OHS Regulation incorporates the ACGIH TLV directly into binding law. It is not a recommended benchmark here, it is an enforceable limit, evaluated using the same ISO 5349 methodology the regulation itself requires.
