This course builds on the awareness you already hold. It moves from recognizing noise risk to actually managing it: assessing exposure properly, applying the right controls before protection, and running a hearing conservation program that catches damage before it becomes permanent.
Unlike some other hazards, noise carries a genuinely binding exposure limit in nearly every Canadian jurisdiction, not just guidance. By the end, you should be able to defend your approach to an inspector, not just hand out ear defenders.
