This course applies core project management discipline to that reality: writing a business case built to survive genuine challenge, managing multi-contractor delivery through political and organisational change, and knowing how to handle a struggling contract honestly when a reset becomes necessary.
You will work through a realistic scenario and finish with a short assessment to confirm you are ready.
