Operational Overview
Offshore oil and gas projects combine some of the hardest planning challenges in any industry: genuine subsurface uncertainty, narrow weather windows, vessel and logistics constraints, and multiple contractors whose work has to interlock precisely, often hundreds of kilometres from shore.
This course applies core project management discipline directly to offshore delivery: planning realistically under genuine technical uncertainty, coordinating contractors and logistics without losing control, and holding a plan together when conditions change faster than the schedule assumed they would.
You will work through a realistic scenario and finish with a short assessment to confirm you are ready.
