Operational Overview
Manufacturing projects rely on multiple teams, often on different sites, in different countries, all building components that have to fit together exactly. A coordination gap that would be a minor inconvenience in most projects can mean physically incompatible parts on a manufacturing line.
This course applies core project management discipline directly to manufacturing: planning a line launch or changeover realistically, managing quality and supply chain risk as the project progresses, and holding the schedule together when a supplier lets you down.
You will work through a realistic scenario and finish with a short assessment to confirm you are ready.
