Good leadership is not about having all the answers. It is about how you communicate, how you respond when something goes wrong, and whether your team feels able to speak up before a small problem becomes a big one.
This course looks at the practical behaviours that build a team people actually want to work in, one that communicates clearly under pressure, gives and receives honest feedback, and deals with conflict directly instead of letting it fester.
You will work through a realistic scenario and finish with a short assessment to confirm you are ready.
