Industrial Mastery Pathway
Stress & Resilience Skills
Operational Overview
You've already covered managing your physical energy. This course moves to the mental side: stress, and the practical resilience skills that help you manage it well.
Stress is a normal, physical response, not a character flaw. Tight deadlines, difficult conversations, and the genuine physical demands of site work all trigger it, and that's expected, not a sign something's wrong with you.
This course gives you tactical tools you can actually use in the moment, along with the judgement to know when a stress load has moved from ordinary pressure into something worth addressing properly.
