Industrial Mastery Pathway
Personal Energy Management
Operational Overview
You've already covered why wellbeing matters on site. This course gets more specific: your energy, physically and mentally, follows patterns you can understand and manage, rather than something you either have or don't.
Sleep, food, and hydration aren't lifestyle extras. They are the raw material your body uses to concentrate, react quickly, and make good decisions on a task that genuinely matters.
This course looks at how energy actually behaves across a shift, and gives you practical ways to manage it, rather than just pushing through and hoping for the best.
