Operational Overview
Very few projects deliver everything entirely in-house. At some point, most projects need to buy goods or services from an external supplier, and how that procurement is run shapes the whole relationship that follows.
This course builds on the resource management skills you already have, and covers how to run a fair, well-evidenced procurement process, write contract terms that genuinely protect the project, and manage supplier performance once the contract is live.
