Industrial Mastery Pathway
How Your Organisation Works
The Questions You Might Feel Awkward Asking
Some Reassurance Before You Set Foot on Site
Starting a new role means walking into a structure that everyone else already understands and you don't, yet. This course exists to close that gap directly, covering the chain of command, how safety and productivity actually work together, and how reporting works.
It also exists to say something plainly: you will not be left to work anything unsupervised, and any safety equipment you need is provided free, by law. Neither of those things depends on how experienced you are.
Nobody expects you to already understand how the organisation works. This course exists so you don't have to guess.
By the end of this course, the structure around you will feel a lot less like a mystery.
