AI is not a future concern for most workplaces, it is already quietly involved in decisions that affect real people: which CVs get shortlisted, how work gets scheduled, which customers get flagged, and sometimes, as one of the most striking UK examples shows, what grade a student actually receives.
This course gives you the practical awareness to work alongside AI tools responsibly, recognise when a decision deserves a closer look, and understand what rights exist when an automated system gets something wrong.
