Operational Overview
Construction projects fail for the same core reasons most projects fail. They just fail faster, more visibly, and more expensively, because so many different trades depend on each other finishing in the right order.
This course applies core project management discipline directly to a live site: planning and sequencing work realistically, coordinating subcontractors and the interfaces between their work, and holding the programme together when something inevitably slips.
You will work through a realistic scenario and finish with a short assessment to confirm you are ready.
